IoT Development Contributor
KONEKSI – Australia-Indonesia Knowledge Partnership Platform • Project Base
• Involved in the Decarbonisation Pathways for Indonesia’s Buses Infrastructure (DIBI) project, a collaboration between Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) and the University of Canberra, Australia, by designing an IoT-based thermal imaging system with a real-time dashboard to monitor four thermal comfort parameters: Temperature Distribution, Average Room Temperature, Humidity, and PMV & PPD. Integrated the system with Firebase Realtime Database for live data storage and implemented CSV export features for efficient thermal comfort analysis.

Production Intern
PT Dirgantara Indonesia • Magang
• Defect Data Validation: Collected, validated, and analyzed over 300 defect records from production processes, ensuring data accuracy to identify recurring quality issues affecting product reliability and manufacturing efficiency.
• Root Cause Analysis Support: Assisted in conducting in-depth analysis on 12 high-impact defects using Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), helping to identify key failure points in the production system.
• Critical Equipment Identification: Supported the identification of a single critical machine responsible for the majority of recorded defects, highlighting a major source of production inefficiency.
• Preventive Maintenance Recommendation: Contributed to the proposal of optimized preventive maintenance intervals using Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) principles, with the potential to reduce defect recurrence and improve production quality.
• Presentation: Presented validated data, analysis findings, and proposed maintenance strategies to academic supervisors and company mentors, earning an A rating from both parties for quality and impact.
