● Conducted delay risk identification for PGE’s Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning (EPCC) project using activity-based analysis.
● Made a Risk Breakdown Structure (RBS) for 100+ grouped activities to anticipate possible delay risks.
● Categorized, identified, and scored 42 social, political/ governmental, labor, engineering, procurement, construction,testing, management and environment risks.
● Developed mitigation measures to reduce the possibilities and/or impact of risks to the EPCC project.
● Assessed potential project delays using Primavera to assess schedule bottleneck and identify critical activities.
● Simulated the project schedule using Monte Carlo analysis to reduce around ± 200 days of delay by mitigating risks.
