The Transportation Agency has the task of implementing transportation affairs. The Transportation Agency carries out the following
functions:
1. Development of the strategic plan and work plan of the Transportation Agency;
2. Implementation of the strategic plan and implementation documents of the Transportation Agency's budget;
3. Development of policies, guidelines, and technical standards for the implementation of transportation affairs;
4. Construction, development, guidance, monitoring, control, and evaluation of transportation systems;
5. Development of urban transportation systems.
I work on filling out letters on the e-performance website of the Transportation Agency.
I schedule WFH (Work From Home) for civil servants (ASN) and non-civil servants (TAK).
I attend a procurement meeting with ASN officials from the Transportation Agency of DKI Jakarta regarding maintenance, workshops,
and the operational lifespan of transportation agency vehicles, and I create a meeting summary.
I write down the financial details of fuel expenses for Transportation Agency motorboats, along with revenue details.
I correct ETPP letters, policy letters, follow-up letters, and others.
I am part of the committee for the inauguration event of the Transportation Agency mosque in DKI Jakarta.
I edit and improve the writing of approval letters with other companies.
I design the Hiace vehicles for the Transportation Agency in DKI Jakarta.
I scan several documents to distribute to civil servants (ASN
