During the internship, I was placed as a staff member in the RAFM (Revenue Assurance Fraud Management) division, which had responsibilities for several activities. Below are the activities I performed during the internship:
Creating Guideline/One Book Guide ROCFM
A guideline is a document that serves as a guide or instructions outlining the principles, standards, or steps to be followed in carrying out activities. This guideline will be used by the outsourcing team joining the RAFM division.
Monitoring Fraud in the ROCFM Application
The activity involves monitoring the types of fraud entering the system, and detected fraud cases will be immediately communicated to the team for prompt handling.
Creating a Business Plan
I was tasked with developing ideas and creating a business plan proposal for a collaboration between Telkomsel, Goto, and TikTok.
Managing ESB Unblock Requests
I received emails or notifications about these requests, checked the validity and accuracy of the information, and took necessary actions in the request process. Responsibilities included ensuring good communication with customers and relevant teams to resolve the requests effectively and efficiently.
