- Receive issues related to SPayLater and SPinjam accounts, bill payments, billing feedback, disbursements not received by customers, and issues related to names in the Financial Information Services System
- Handle and analyze customer problems from calls, managing at least 50-80 calls per day
- Provide the best service to customers to achieve high Customer Satisfaction Scores (CSAT).
- Provide solutions to customer problems quickly with the SOP flow that have been set by company
- Provide services via inbound call, outbound call, and also email
- Help escalate to related parties if customer problems require further handling
