I am a Biology graduate with a focus on ecology and environmental conservation. During my studies, I was actively involved in various field exploration and community empowerment activities, serving as a research assistant and twice as a lead researcher. These experiences strengthened my understanding of the connection between biodiversity conservation and community involvement in environmental management.<br /> <br /> Through those experiences, I developed a strong interest in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), particularly in sustainable social and environmental initiatives. I believe that the integration of biological knowledge and ecological awareness can form a strong foundation for creating CSR programs that bring real impact to both communities and nature.<br /> <br /> As an enthusiast in environmental and sustainability fields, I am eager to keep learning about corporate CSR practices, social initiatives, and cross-sector collaborations that can create long-term benefits for both people and the environment. I enjoy working collaboratively, adapting to new environments, and contributing to activities that combine social and ecological values.
