Dwi Nurfadi Abdulmuhaimin
I am a motivated person as a fresh graduate from President University, majoring in management with a concentration in international business, and I have a passion for the human resources development field. As a quality management system and recruiter intern at PT. Mitra Sehat Indonesia. I got the responsibility to manage the team with skills that I equipped, like organization, time management, problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and team management, which shaped me to be more professional in the workplace.<br /> <br /> I was given the responsibility of Mr. President University 2023 as an example of youth on and off campus who dare to reach their dreams. I got an honor achievement as Siswa Terbaik in the accounting major out of 71 students in 2022. By joining several organizations, courses, and events with the following 10+ activities with a different background in the university fields, I have been well equipped with my soft skills in management team, time management, public speaking, critical thinking, creativity, and communication. Thus, it helps me a lot in running an event and working with the community, and I have a responsibility to consider teamwork as well.<br /> <br /> I am passionate about learning new things, managing teams, the HRD field, recruiting, and being a part of communities or organizations that make a positive impact on society. I am a lifelong learner who appreciates any suggestions for activities to do that will push me to keep learning and growing.

• Giving a score checklist for filtering the suitable candidates for the next interview with the user team.
• Advertising the information about job vacancies and internship opportunities on LinkedIn, Instagram, and WhatsApp groups to open the best candidates for fulfilling departments that are open for recruitment.
• Managing interview positions for candidates in Crew Outlet, SPV Marketing, HRD Staff, SCM Operation, FA Internship, HRD Internship, QC Internship, Ahli Gizi Internship, Admin Operational, Office Boy, and Content Creator.
• Monitoring KPI for each department and finding out their struggle in creating their KPI per month.

● Participating in and conducting safety briefings for new employees, ensuring they understand work safety procedures
● Conducting safety patrols around the port with the HSSE team, monitoring employee adherence to safety protocols (wearing APD, helm safety), and identifying potential hazards.
● Inspecting and checking the condition of safety equipment like APARs and P3K kits, ensuring they are in good working order and properly maintained.
● Assisting with internal audits related to ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 37001).
● Taking minutes in meetings, creating Minutes of Meeting (MoM) reports, and submitting them for internal audit.
