Developed a Smart Pull Cord Monitoring System to improve the safety and reliability of conveyor operations in power plant facilities. The system was integrated with a Phoenix Contact PLC, covering signal interfacing, control logic implementation, and comprehensive system testing. In addition, performed maintenance and inspection of instrumentation and control equipment to ensure proper functionality and sustained operational reliability.

Integrated Lovato power meters with a Haiwell IoT Box using the Modbus communication protocol to enable real-time monitoring of electrical parameters. This integration involved configuring Modbus RTU/TCP communication, including register mapping, device addressing, and reliable data acquisition from the power meters. The acquired data was then displayed through a Human Machine Interface (HMI) designed and developed to visualize voltage, current, power, and energy parameters in real time.
