During my internship at PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero), I supported the Fuel (BBM) Subdivision by managing operational data, developing dashboards, and optimizing reporting processes. I created interactive dashboards in Looker Studio based on fuel consumption spreadsheets, improving data visibility and reporting accuracy for operational decision-making. I also contributed to document management by building a dashboard containing hyperlinks to essential BBM division documents and assisting in the submission of ship and captain documents through the AIRASDP system. In addition, I developed an AI-powered Discord chatbot using Python, the OpenAI API, and document/web scraping integration to help the team access information related to fuel management, government regulations (such as Perpres 191), and internal documents more efficiently. This experience strengthened my skills in data analytics, automation, and operational support within the transportation industry.
