A psychology fresh graduate with a deep interest in human resource development and social empowerment. I had the opportunity to apply my academic knowledge in real settings by serving as a social worker and leading the human resource development division in a community organization. With a strong foundation in both interpersonal and analytical skills, I am passionate about contributing to people-centered initiatives and believe in continuous growth, meaningful collaboration, and creating positive also lasting change within any environment I am part of.
