Conducted internal research on 2,000+ data points, surveys with 25 users, and interviews with 5 users to address identified issues. Analyzed findings that revealed decreased engagement, with users experiencing difficulties with UI features and perceiving the content as less compelling. Based on these insights, developed phased promotional strategy recommendations through benchmarking and created user persona, empathy map, and user flow aligned with the existing app flow.
