ILHAM MHD. ANUGRAH SARAGIH
I am an active individual who adapts easily and has a strong drive to continuously learn new things. Graduating in October 2025, I have gained diverse experiences through organizations, sports activities, and internships in Quality Control and GRCMS, which reflect a proactive and communicative character capable of collaborating effectively in various situations. My involvement in documentation development, training activities, and risk analysis demonstrates strong attention to detail and a well-developed analytical mindset. I also carry a strong sense of responsibility, shown through roles that required coordination, safety oversight, and program management. One challenge I continue to improve is my tendency to find it difficult to refuse requests from<br /> others, which sometimes leads me to take on too many tasks at once. However, I am actively learning to build healthier boundaries and maintain clear priorities to stay balanced. With strong growth potential, I am particularly interested in pursuing career opportunities in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Risk Management, Supply Chain, and Governance-related roles supported by a solid combination of technical skills, soft skills, and high adaptability.
