1. I carried out a recapitulation, where what I did was group the data into predetermined classifications. such as recapping
2. MCU, recapping service retainer data, service letters. In this case I used Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word in the
process.
• Apart from that, I play a role in archiving documents related to service retainer data and service declaration documents.
• Create a Medical Check Up memo with an existing template, where this memo contains a summary of health
information.
3. Maintain completeness and ensure employee absence and leave documents by making photocopies so that the data will later become evidence in measuring the level of employee effectiveness.
