I learned and helped on how to prepare the payment of income taxes of expatriates and locals who use the service. The implementation of the taxation general knowledge to the details and more specifics, which gave me a new and realistic outlook that cannot be obtained theoretically. Not only that, Learned about the calculations, for what should be included and what not, aligning with what the clients wanted and what best practice can be implemented.

Rumah Sakit Gigi dan Mulut Universitas Gadjah Mada (RSGM UGM) Magang

My 5 other colleagues and I did a project to calculate unit costs for educational programs at RSGM, specifically Koas (Clinical Internship) and Residen (Residency) programs. We analyzed all costs associated with activities conducted by Koas and Residen doctors to determine the accurate funding needs for these programs at Universitas Gadjah Mada's Faculty of Dentistry. Not only that, we also determine the more appropriate (through this cost analysis adjustment) tuition fee for the dentistry faculty's students. This cost analysis model can also be applied to other dental faculties at different universities,
helping them optimize their budgets and resource allocation.

I supported the Chief in managing and overseeing a team of 50 members, ensuring the efficient operation of the team. My colleagues and I provided guidance on organizational matters that led to a 10% improvement in strategic planning and resource allocation. As a secretary general, I managed to coordinate and accommodate the needs of the organization's 50 members, resulting in a 20% improvement in team productivity and
project completion rates. Not only I engaged in the administration matters, but my role is also as the vice chief, act chief in command when needed to. Just like any other vice chief, the chief and I both ensure the efficiency, effectivity, and overall comfortability of our running period.

As the chief, I managed to direct, supervise, and lead the team of 7 members within the department, supported by 2 vice managers. My two other colleagues and I developed 40-50 syllabi and organized textbooks to support accounting students at FEB UGM. Not only that, we also increased the attendees of IMAGAMA Study Club, from 100 from the previous years, to 150 fellow
accounting students. These all services we provided to fulfill the academic needs of the accounting students of UGM.
