Kayla Andrina Yasmin lulus dari Departemen Teknik Sistem Perkapalan, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), dengan IPK 3,45/4,00. Kayla memiliki minat besar pada isu-isu teknis maupun non-teknis di bidang maritim dan teknologi, serta terbuka untuk semua peluang untuk mengembangkan diri dan memperkaya pengalaman baru.<br /> Pengalaman kerja kayla antara lain peran sebagai Asisten di Direktorat Kerja Sama dan Pengelolaan Usaha ITS dengan mengelola lebih dari 150 administrasi terkait Residual Life Assessment (RLA) PT. Pertamina EP. Kayla juga pernah menjalani magang di PT. Tomo and Son pada divisi cargo and marine survey serta magang di PT. PAL Indonesia pada divisi pemeliharaan dan perbaikan kapal yang menambah pengetahuan tentang survei, asuransi maritim, serta proses bisnis galangan kapal. Selain itu, kayla juga menjadi asisten Laboratorium Ssistem Kelistrikan dan Otomasi Kapal Siskal ITS untuk modul Automatic Change Over Switch,<br /> Kayla juga aktif bergorganisasi seperti menjadi Kepala Divisi Branding di Laboratorium Operasional dan Perawatan Sistem Kapal Digital, Bendahara di BEM FTK-ITS, Wakil Ketua Divisi Operasional di Marine Icon 2024, dan Staff Fundraising di FUTUREST 2023.<br /> Kayla memiliki sertifikasi untuk basic marine survey, basic CAD, dan basic Maxsurf serta didukung oleh soft skill seperti kepemimpinan, komunikasi, teamwork, dan kemampuan analitis untuk siap terjun dalam dunia kerja khususnya di sektor maritim dan teknologi.

The administration thing is the certificate that directorate of cooperation and business management publish about the analysis of residual life assessment and inspection recommendation about the equipment based on RLA result.

The inspection did under the quality assurance division during the project, especially during the repair of propeller of the ship, repair of the anchor, and repair of the body of the ship. Beside that, I also learn about the business process of the shipbuilding and repair industry from the beginning the ship owner start the contract of repair or build the new one until the end repair or build process finish.
