A motivated Psychology undergraduate at Universitas Islam Riau with a strong passion for human behavior, communication, and people development. Experienced in volunteering as an interpreter for IOM to support migration-related programs in Pekanbaru, and currently gaining hands-on HR experience through internships in Human Capital Management. Proven ability to complete tasks accurately and on time, with strong skills in communication, teamwork, editing, and interpretation developed through professional and volunteer work since 2023.

Telkomsel is the largest cellular telecommunications provider in Indonesia, serving millions of customers nationwide with innovative digital and network services. During my internship in the Human Capital Management Division at Regional Sumbagteng, I assisted HR mentors in managing people development initiatives and collaborated on various small-scale HR projects. I designed and delivered mental well-being programs through posters, slideshow-based psychoeducation, and interactive sharing sessions for employees and interns. In addition, I acted as a liaison between interns across divisions and the HR department to ensure smooth communication, while also gaining direct field experience by observing and participating in meetings between the Human Capital Management team and prospective partners such as leading hospitals.
