I am a Bachelor of Management graduate with specializations in Information Systems Management, Information Security, Cyber Security, IT Audit, and IT Governance (IT GRC). With a strong educational background and understanding in information technology and governance, I am primarily interested in a career in IT, particularly in roles related to information systems, data security, and IT risk management.<br /> <br /> In addition, I also have practical experience in Human Resource, particularly in the area of People and Learning Development, which I gained during my internship at PT Artajasa Pembayaran Elektronis. In that position, I built a digital platform to support the employee assessment process (TDP and BDP), which successfully improved operational efficiency and performance evaluation accuracy. This experience broadened my perspective on the role of technology in strategically supporting the HR function. With a combination of background in IT and relevant experience in HR, I excel in managing cross-functional projects, thinking analytically, and working collaboratively in teams. I am open to IT-related career opportunities, but would also like to contribute to the HR function, particularly on digital transformation initiatives and technology-based system development.
