1. Helping 4 sub division (Remuneration and Industrial Relation, Leadership and Corporate Culture, Organization and Manpower Planning, also Talent Management and Human Resources Data) conducting and making letters, outgoing letters, dispositions and memos. 2. Help making letters regarding resolving and anticipating disputes involving unions, management, employees or government agencies with mentors. 3. Responsible for making payroll payments (with guidance from a mentor) for the whole Jakarta holding office employees. 4. Processing data related to the 4 sub divisions such as data entry, data processing and filling data. 5. Responsible for making flyers and videos regarding Respectful Workplace Policy in PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero). 6. Responsible for making testimonial interview on implementation of AKHLAK videos conducted by PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) for Perum Perhutani. 7. Conducting employees annual leave and sabbatical leave through Agro Human Resource Information System (AGHRIS). 8. Recapping employees' educations and trainings through AGHRIS Talent Management System (ATMS). 9. Making and conducting payments through the Holding Payment website. 10. Help interviewing the next Magang Generasi Bertalenta (MAGENTA) interns (with guidance from a mentor), making flyers and posters regarding the next MAGENTA batch in PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero).

Making indictment letters in a Narcotics and Psychotropic Crime cases. 3. Analyzing the Narcotics and Psychotropic Crime regulations with the prosecutor. 4. Help consulting the making of clemency letter with the prosecutor. 5. Having a discussion about the study cases of Narcotics and Psychotropic Crime.
