• Customer Complaint Investigation Report Project:
Accomplished effective resolution of customer complaints by creating 40 detailed investigation reports by December 2023. Success measured by completing 40 reports and eliminating unresolved complaints from the previous month. Aligned with the company's commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction and minimizing recurring issues.
• Creation and Updating of Work Instructions Project:
Accomplished enhanced operational efficiency by developing and updating various Work Instructions (WI) across different areas. Completed WI drafts for changeover procedures, DMO MMS compliance, and local administrative purposes by the specified November deadline. Goals considered feasible within allocated resources, contributing to the company's objective of establishing clear guidelines for streamlined operations.
• Silver Ticket Awardee as one of the best intern 2023 and getting a cumlaude grade for assessment with GPA 91/100.
