I have experience in campus organizations and cross-functional collaborative projects, and I actively participate in various entrepreneurship training programs and competitions that have strengthened my communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.I am recognized as an analytical thinker, a responsible and adaptable individual, and someone who is highly driven in personal and professional development. This leadership contributed to positioning SnapGrow as an innovative, responsive, and affordable digital marketing solution. As part of my Entrepreneurship course project, I helped build and develop Waco.id, a culinary business that focuses on the innovation of traditional Indonesian food, dadar gulung, with a touch of modern flavors. In this project, I played the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO), where I was responsible for managing the daily operations of the business, including production management, product quality control, kitchen workflow efficiency, and coordination between production and marketing teams. I also developed distribution strategies and ensured that the supply chain was running optimally to support market demand. With a data driven and collaborative approach, I managed to maintain consistent product quality while driving sustainable business growth. Successfully exceeded sales targets by selling hundreds of units, showcasing the effectiveness of our operational and marketing strategies.

As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Loka Dessert, I play an important role in developing and managing the operations of this innovation-based culinary business. Loka Dessert comes with a modern dessert concept that combines local flavors such as bread combined with bananas, added with various unique flavors with international presentation techniques that are visually appealing and in line with youth market trends. My success is reflected in the development of innovative products that are in accordance with market characteristics, the implementation of efficient operational SOPs, and the optimization of stock and production management. I also lead marketing strategies through social media and online delivery platforms, which have succeeded in significantly increasing brand visibility and sales. In addition, I encourage development through regular training and a collaboration-based work system. As a result, Loka Dessert experienced sales growth of more than twofold in the first year and received positive recognition from consumers, the media, and investors. This success cannot be separated from the right operational strategy, relevant product innovation, and solid teamwork.
