Objective: Provide swift and effective resolution to technical problems, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
Actions:
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues on-site with minimal disruption to users.
Apply root cause analysis to recurring issues to prevent future incidents.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex technical challenges, leveraging best practices and industry standards.
Document solutions and create a knowledge base for future reference.
