-PIC Administration (Freelance) on KEMENDAGRI Event “The Training for District Apparatus Strengthening in Supporting the Quality of Village Governance Implementation/Frontline Service Delivery” at Lombok Raya Hotel Mataram, NTB with 300 participants.
● Coordinate with teams, speakers, and participants
● Assisting in the planning and coordination of events by scheduling appointments
● Assisting with the preparation and distribution of event-related documents, briefing materials, and attendee lists for
participants
● Providing on-site support during events, including setting up registration desks, managing check-in procedures, assisting with room setups
● Managing event registration processes, including participants biodata, attendee databases, and RSVP tracking to ensure
accurate guest counts and seating arrangements
● Maintaining accurate records and databases, entering data, and organizing files, both physical and digital, to facilitate easy retrieval and reference
● Collect, review, and organize all participant reimbursement-related documentation, including receipts, invoices, expense reports, and reimbursement requests
● Verify the accuracy and legitimacy of reimbursement requests by cross-referencing them with supporting documentation and company policies
● Enter reimbursement data into the company's accounting or reimbursement system accurately and promptly
● Assisting with post-event activities, such as collecting feedback surveys, compiling evaluation reports, and archiving event
documentation for future reference and analysis
