I created an analysis related to change management entitled "Change Management in the Transformation of AKHLAK Values at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Jawa Bagian Tengah" and created an analysis related to gender and public policy entitled "Women in Oil and Gas Company: Pertamina Group's Role in Creating Inclusiveness in Oil and Gas Company Environment". I also studied about the employee performance appraisal system in accordance with the company's operational standards. I learn to perform data recapitulation for the purpose of employee salary recording in order to facilitate the distribution of employee salaries. I had the responsibilities for mailing related to handover letters.

In the beginning of recruitment process I am being responsible to organizing and coordinating staff's recruitment based on their interest.
