Fresh graduate majoring in English Education from Jenderal Soedirman University who has a career interest in the world of education, innovative teaching, and also has an interest in customer service. Have the ability to communicate well, work individually and in teams with other employees, problem-solving skills, time management, and Microsoft Office. <br /> <br /> In 2024, I was given the opportunity to be accepted as an intern at one of the state-owned companies, namely PT Pegadaian, as a Customer Service Assistant. This internship experience made me have the ability to develop interpersonal communication with the customers, build consumers' trust and interest, communicate with people from various backgrounds, and promote the products to customers through cross-selling and canvassing, and collaborate with the marketing team to make digital marketing, such as making a video reel, making a pamphlet, etc.
