Nayla is a civil engineering graduate student of bridge and road design program in State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya. She has strong interest in modelling and design structure, estimated cost, construction method<br /> and material quality check. She successfully combined her academic journey with internship as assistant site supervision and quality control on infrastructure projects such as the Musi Bridge, as well as in concrete<br /> precast production in PT. Waskita Beton Precast. She also has volunteer experiences, supporting SDG 6 and 12. Nayla demonstrates strong communication skills, teamwork, discipline, and adaptability.
