During my internship in the finance department of PT Pegadaian (Persero) Surabaya Regional Office, I was tasked with assisting in recording and summarizing financial transactions, verifying data using Microsoft Excel, and supporting the preparation of internal financial reports. I was also involved in document filing and ensuring administrative completeness in accordance with procedures. This experience provided me with direct insight into the financial processes at a state-owned enterprise and improved my data processing and attention to detail skills.

I completed the Office Application Competency Training at UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya in May–June 2023. Through this training, I developed skills in effectively operating MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for administrative and data analysis needs, as well as learning the basics of Scientific Writing using Mendeley, Zotero, and LaTeX to produce scientific works that are structured, accurate, and in accordance with professional academic standards.
