My Responsibilities:
1. Learned and presented about PFD and PID ammonia process, urea process, and utility process at PT. Pupuk Kalimantan Timur especially at Plant 5.
2. Coordinated with mentor and 10+ professional engineers for collected the data in Proses Pengelolaan Energi Department (PPE).
3. Evaluated Primary Reformer of ammonia Kaltim-5 Plant before and after turn around (actual) and compared with design data get good results with efficiency 95,86% and heat loss 4,14%.
4. Coordinated with 5+ operator DCS at plant 5 for discussed about troubleshoot in ammonia Kaltim-5.
5. Calculated the radiant section (arch, tunnel, superheater) with linear results actual and design.
6. Calculated the convection section hot fluid at 7 coils heat exchanger with optimal results based on actual and design data.
7. Designed the simulation flowsheet efficiency primary reformer plant 5 using Aspen Hysys.
8. Evaluated the efficiency heat absorption, heat lost, and heat transfer value at 7 coils heat exchanger of primary reformer until 81,62-84% with results increase after turn around plant.
9. Compiled result data laboratory test of natural gas and primary reformer Kaltim-5.
10. Visited in primary reformer when turn around Kaltim-3 with 5+ professionals to see replacement of catalyst and packing.
11. Completed the task to do unloading catalyst at urea formaldehyde concentrate (UFC) with 20+ partners.
12. Recorded the data indicator in the field based on parameter perform of primary reformer Kaltim-5.
13. Analyzed cost and benefit to repaired optimization of catalyst Nikel at primary reformer.
14. Gived an advice for result of evaluation primary reformer for sustainable process such as maintain the temperature and pressure, maintain purifier waste gas, and clean the rust and then accepted by 20+ process engineer at PPE Department.

My Responsibilities:
1. Learned about Process Flow Diagram, Start Up and Shut Down Process Production Equipment, Trouble Maintenance Tools, Utility Process, and Wastewater Treatment Process.
2. Supervised temperature and pressure of Process Production from Crude Oil in to Pertasol (CA, CB, CC), Solar, and Residue in control room with Distributed Control System (DCS) tool and collaborated with 5 professional engineers.
3. Evaluated efficiency mass and heat transfer balance.
4. Completed task to measure volume residue and solar in the tank with good results.
5. Analyzed color (ASTM 1500), flash point (ASTM D92), pour point (ASTM D97), viscosity and density product in oil analysis laboratory with good results until 100% according to American Standard Testing and Material (ASTM).
6. Completed the task or project about Crude Distillation Unit Process with Distillation Atmospheric at PPSDM Migas Cepu.

- Composed a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) document and operated the Extractor, Blanching, Dewatering, Conveyor Dryer, and Spray Dryer to make de-caffeinated green tea process and success collaboration partnered with 10+ stakeholder and director of Indonesia Research Institute for Tea and Cinchona Gamboeng.
- Calculated and prepared equipment and materials research budget for 2 terms 70% and 30% for 1 year with funded more than 50 million.
- Collected and analyzed research data results using chemical instrument and statistic program and made the technical analysis results.
