Gemara is a company formed to fulfill the "Integrated Business Experience" course. The company operates in the accessories sector. My responsibility:
Designed Gemara's business model in 4 months, securing an initial investment of 10 million IDR from investor.
Created a comprehensive sales dashboard and used it to monitor and report sales performance weekly and monthly, leading to a 50%-300% increase in sales performance.
Managed offline sales by conducting 2 workshops and attending 3 market events.
Executed online sales on Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop, optimizing 19 product listings, managing 10+ promotional campaigns,
and engaging with customers.
Gained over 40 million IDR in revenue by selling 690+ pcs products within 6 months, reaching 76% of the initial target.

Designed the Dimanjamoe business model for 3 weeks , and successfully secured an initial investment of 25 million IDR.
Designed 2 promotional posters, 1 X-Banner, and 1 instagram story filter.
Conducted offline selling for 24 days in public locations/attractions around Bandung.
Gained a revenue of approximately 20 million IDR in 24 days of sales.
