I am an Accounting graduate who finds purpose in numbers and meaning in precision. Throughout my studies and experience as a Laboratory Assistant and Project Leader at Gunadarma University, I learned that accounting is not only about balancing figures. It is about building trust, responsibility, and transparency within every organization.<br /> My personal vision is to grow as a professional who contributes to ethical and data-driven financial management that supports sustainable business growth. I am especially interested in financial reporting, auditing, and management accounting, where I can combine analytical thinking with practical problem-solving.<br /> I believe that success in finance comes from continuous learning and collaboration. I completed an intensive 2-3 week training program designed to deepen my technical understanding of Management Accounting, Cost Accounting, Auditing, and Accounting Information System. Through this role, I supported students in bridging theory with practice by discussing real business cases, guiding them through accounting simulations, and fostering analytical thinking.
I also contributed to curriculum and content development, including learning modules, practice sets, and examination materials, to enhance academic quality and engagement. Teaching 3-4 classes per semester with 20-30 students each, I developed skills in classroom management, communication, and instructional delivery using both traditional and digital tools.
Additionally, I ensured every laboratory and practicum session was conducted smoothly and effectively, maintaining and environment conducive to learning and collaboration.

As a Project Leader, I led a 15 member academic development team to create and refine instructional materials for the Management Accounting course. I organized and facilitated weekly online discussions via Google Meet, promoting teamwork, critical review, and idea sharing.
I guided team members to deliver professional and well-structured presentations while ensuring that all project outcomes met academic accuracy, clarity, and relevance. through this experience, I strengthened my leadership, project coordination, and quality assurance abilities in an academic setting.
