My career interest lies in the field of public policy analysis and governance reform, particularly in strengthening central–regional government synergy, enhancing public sector efficiency, and fostering citizen trust through transparent communication. I aspire to work in environments where I can analyze complex policy issues, develop actionable recommendations, and support decision-making processes that have tangible impacts on society. During my role as a Political and Policy Analyst, Media Monitoring Officer, and Content Creator at the Public Relations Division of the PKS Party Faction in the House of Representatives (DPR RI), I was responsible for conducting in-depth analysis of political developments, legislative agendas, and policy issues relevant to the faction’s priorities. I regularly monitored national and regional news, parliamentary activities, and public discourse to provide timely reports and strategic insights for internal decision-making. My work also involved drafting policy briefs, press releases, and communication materials that effectively conveyed the faction’s stance to the public. In addition, I managed and created content for official communication channels, ensuring messages were clear, engaging, and aligned with organizational objectives. This role allowed me to strengthen my skills in political analysis, strategic communication, and public engagement, while gaining a deeper understanding of how media narratives influence public perception and legislative strategy.

During my internship as a Policy Analyst at the Subdirectorate of Governors as Representatives of the Central Government (Subdit GWPP) in the Ministry of Home Affairs, I was involved in researching, analyzing, and drafting reports related to the implementation of the governor’s role as the central government’s representative in the regions. My responsibilities included reviewing and synthesizing policy documents, supporting the preparation of monitoring and evaluation materials, and assisting in the development of recommendations to improve governance coordination between central and regional authorities. I also contributed to compiling data and information from various provinces, ensuring accuracy and relevance for decision-making processes. This experience enhanced my understanding of intergovernmental relations, public policy implementation, and administrative oversight, while sharpening my analytical, research, and reporting skills in a national governance context.
