processes.
• Conducted field observations and measurements at the Open Shade warehouse to analyze the existing layout and material flow
• Collected and classified data on warehouse zones, including active material, non-active material, fuel, gas, waste, staging, receiving,
and inspection areas.
• Applied the Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) to assess inter-zone relationships and identify inefficiencies in material movement.
Utilized the Blocplan method to develop alternative 2D layout designs, generating more efficient arrangements and reducing total
material handling distances. Prepared an Area Allocation Diagram (AAD) to visualize optimal space utilization and ensure compliance
with safety and operational requirements.
• Proposed a warehouse layout improvement that optimized logistics management by minimizing movement distance, improving
workflow efficiency, and supporting timely material availability for geothermal operations.

before distribution.
• Assist in inputting product design descriptions into Microsoft Excel to support documentation and further analysis. The analysis of
Okky and Mountea cups (150 ml and 220 ml), the following defect categories were identified based on different cup and seal
conditions: Underfill, Misaligned Seal, Folded Seal, Wrinkled Seal, Loose Seal, Melted Seal, Seal Joint, Double Seal, Uncut Seal,
Double Cup, Cut Cup, Empty Cup, Trapped Cup, Temperature Drop, Insufficient Press, Misprint, Discarded During Seal Change,
Product Dropped in Chute, Dented Cup, Broken Cup, Scratched Seal, Cracked Seal, and Torn Seal.
