- Conducted in-depth incident analysis using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and HFACS methodologies, which later then presented in the company’s contractor monthly meetings in July.
- Analyzed and visualized company’s datasets from real-time and historical industrial hygiene measurements activities from 2021– 2024, and also safety observations report from the company’s plant overhaul activites by creating a master file, visualizing the data, and trend results.
- Developed and visualized for OHS training materials using Microsoft PowerPoint, ensuring visual clarity and adherence to company branding guidelines.
- Participated in the company’s Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) qualifications step, gaining practical knowledge of the contractor pre-evaluation and compliance process, also observation of in field occupational health and safety implementations.
