As a Site Civil Engineer Intern at PT Nindya Karya, I had the valuable opportunity to be directly involved in dynamic construction projects. I was responsible for creating detailed shop drawings based on architectural and structural designs, as well as conducting field surveys to verify completed work volumes. My role also included regular site inspections to ensure the quality of work met technical specifications and applicable standards. Furthermore, I participated in overseeing and managing daily field operations to ensure work progressed according to schedule and plan. This experience gave me a deep understanding of the construction project lifecycle and the importance of on-site quality control.

As a Site Engineer, I supervised daily operations, coordinated with cross-functional teams, and implemented quality control measures to maintain project standards. This experience provided me with hands-on exposure to large-scale infrastructure development, from project planning and execution to stakeholder management. I gained valuable insights into toll road construction methodologies, safety protocols, and the importance of systematic project monitoring in meeting delivery timelines. The mentorship and learning opportunities provided by the PT Adhi Karya - SINOHYDRO team have significantly enhanced my technical competencies and project management skills. ADHI is a State-Owned Enterprise that carries out its mandate in managing business processes by maintaining good corporate governance and developing greater competencies to build a sustainable legacy. On this occasion, PT Adhi Karya together with PT Hutama Karya (PT Adhi-HK Kso) collaborated to work on a Wastewater Treatment Plant project called the Jakarta Sewerage Development Project. I was entrusted on holding responsibility in controlling and documenting the work process carried out that day. I've also learned about Bar Bending Schedule and sequence of processes for building the shaft until it is level with the asphalt.
