Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai Magang

The Directorate of Customs and Excise Audit is tasked with formulating policies, standardization, and technical guidelines, as well as conducting evaluations and implementations in the field of customs and excise audits, including re-examination and inspection for specific purposes. In my role, I verify the nominal data in the audit report to ensure its accuracy, match the data with supporting documents such as invoices, financial statements, and transaction documents. I also manage more than 500 letters, both physical and digital, with an organized filing system, and archive purchasing documents by category, date, and relevance for easy access in the future. In addition, I digitize important documents to improve accessibility and reduce the risk of losing physical documents. Through this process, I have successfully verified 80% of the nominal data in the audit report with high accuracy, thereby improving the quality of the audit report and supporting better decision-making.

Community Development FE (Comdev FE) is an organization under the Department of Social and Political Affairs BEM FE UNJ that focuses on social and educational fields. The main activities of Comdev FE include teaching and community service, as well as acting as a means to encourage education and provide real contributions to students of the Faculty of Economics in educating and caring for the Indonesian people. In this role, I am responsible for managing, planning, and developing internal communities in the Human Resource Development Division. I also help align work programs with the vision, mission, and needs of the organization, and support staff in identifying and developing their talents, skills, and career paths in the field of community development. In addition, I provide training and mentoring to improve staff competency, as well as design and implement interactive learning activities aimed at increasing student interest and engagement.

I also contribute to writing informative articles related to economics and business topics to increase education and public awareness, conduct in-depth research to ensure accuracy, and create interactive videos on general knowledge and competitions. In addition, I am involved in campus-based research that supports the development of economics and science. This experience strengthens my skills in program planning, research, communication, and team collaboration.

In my role in this company, I am responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, working with managers to meet workforce needs, and evaluating contract employees to be appointed as permanent employees. I also manage employment contracts, monitor attendance data, and provide accurate reports for payroll. In addition, I develop personnel policies, manage employee accounts payable and receivables, and handle BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration. With efficient attendance data management, I ensure payroll runs on time with a 100% accuracy rate. This effort has also increased employee satisfaction by 20%, as evidenced by the results of quarterly internal surveys.

PT Waskita Karya Realty is a subsidiary of PT Waskita Karya engaged in the property development sector, with two properties already operating and seven other properties under construction at the end of 2018. During my internship at this company, I was responsible for managing, storing, and archiving more than 100 data in both written and digital forms. I also reviewed, sorted, and organized incoming and outgoing letters according to the established administrative flow. In addition, I opened and managed bank accounts to support the company's financial operational needs, as well as inputting employee overtime data into the administration system and reporting to the payroll team to ensure timely payment. This organized management has succeeded in reducing the risk of losing important documents, speeding up the overtime payroll process, and increasing employee satisfaction with the company's administration system.
