Product Management Fundamental for Digital Product

PT. Mahija Abhita Perdana (Apiary Academy) 5266888

Program Studi Independent yang dilaksanakan di Apiary Academy terdiri serangkaian kegiatan. Kegiatan kelas bersama mentor dilakukan 3-4 kali dalam satu minggu yang diisi dengan pemberian materi sekaligus pengerjaan studi kasus berkelompok. Kemudian, setiap minggunya setiap peserta akan menyelesaikan 1 model pembelajaran disertai Quiz dan tugas individu maupun kelompok yang dikerjakan secara mandiri diluar kelas. Pada akhir kegiatan peserta membentuk tim untuk mengerjakan Final Project.
Hasil dari pembelajaran pada Product Management training ini melatih peserta untuk memiliki skill problem solving yang terstruktur dimana di dalamnya dibangun melalui critical thinking untuk benar benar menggali sebuah paint point dari user/customer. Pada akhirnya hasil pemikiran tersebut akan merumuskan masalah-masalah dan solusi-solusi yang akan di prioritaskan.
Konteks pengerjaan project pada training ini adalah problem solving pada bidang Product Management untuk Digital Product.
