Secured Management bachelor degree from Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta with hands-on experience in Human capital through an internship at PT Hutama Karya (Persero). During college, was appointed to be a speaker and mentor for business plan coaching while developing strong interest in data science. Currently deepening expertise in HR roles about HR systems (GajiHub), payroll management, and building a portfolio in career development, learning design, performance management, and HR analytics. With these experiences and continuous learning, I am highly motivated to pursue a Human Capital role where I can contribute effectively and grow into a HR Analyst professional.
