Adapun kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam unit magang DMU 1 ini, sebelum membuat memo perintah pembayaran atas dokumen tagihan yang diterima oleh vendor yaitu melakukan verifikasi dan analisa dokumen tagihan beserta data pendukung lainnya sesuai dengan persyaratan yang tercantum dalam perjanjian setiap pengadaan di BNI. sebelum proses pembayaran dilakukan, akan membuat dokumen perintah bayar dan menetapkan serta menghitung nilai pajak PPN dan pajak lainnya yang akan dikenakan pada setiap dokumen tagihan. Dan berkoordinasi dengan user terkait nomer rekening yang akan dibebankan untuk setiap proses pembayaran invoice, Menyampaikan memo pembayaran yang telah dibuat untuk di tanda tangan sesuai kewenangan, selanjutnya Meregister dan mensplit memo pembayaran yang sudah ditanda tangan untuk diserahkan kebagian Data Entri di Divisi BOP dan mengarsipkan dokumen pembayaran.
