identify problems, recommended for improvements, and strategic decision-making
4. Led and managed cultivation from upstream to downstream of melon (in 3 greenhouses), +3 ha of watermelon, and +5 ha of cassava
driving for enhancement in farm efficiency and profitability as shown by financial reports
5. Empowered over 50 farmers through advice on cultivation and agribusiness and developed implemented-customized workshop
programs to produced organic fertilizer and microbial starter for rapid home-made composting leading income growth through
adoption of best agricultural practices.
6. Conducted a collaborative FGD with Pupuk Indonesia Corp., related stakeholders, and attended by over 150 farmers from ±15
farmer group in Banjar Margo, discussed about the role of Pupuk Indonesia Corp. to enhance productivity of cassava commodity
in Tulang Bawang.
