Curriculum Vitae
Vierari Indi Safitri
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Yogyakarta State University. Throughout my academic journey, I established a strong technical foundation in structural analysis, foundation design, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and Finite Element Analysis (FEA)—skills that enable data-informed decision-making grounded in real site conditions. My GPA of 3.49 reflects both academic consistency and a steadfast commitment to technical excellence. I am deeply passionate about infrastructure development. I gained valuable industry exposure through an internship at PT Hutama Karya (Persero) on the Phase 3 Proving Ground BPLJSKB Project in Bekasi, where I contributed to structural and foundation design optimisation. Additionally, I completed a three-month assignment as a Community Facilitator (TPM) for the P3TGAI Programme under the Ministry of Public Works and Housing, where I oversaw tertiary irrigation development, conducted comprehensive quality control, prepared technical and administrative documentation, and developed accurate Bills of Quantities (BoQ). These combined experiences strengthened my ability to coordinate field operations, ensure compliance with technical standards, and manage resources efficiently. Beyond technical work, I joined national engineering competitions and student organizations to build leadership, teamwork, and networks. I am drawn to the 2025 Magenta BUMN Program for its mission to strengthen future-ready state-owned enterprises.

Community Facilitator P3TGAI Program, Ministry of Public Works and Housing (PUPR)
Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum • Full Time
I gained three months of experience as a Community Facilitator (TPM) for the P3TGAI Programme under the Ministry of Public Works and Housing, where I was responsible for supporting the development of tertiary irrigation systems in two villages through a community-empowerment approach. In this role, I conducted comprehensive quality control to ensure that all construction activities adhered to the required technical standards and field specifications.
In addition, I prepared detailed design drawings, compiled both technical and administrative reports, and developed accurate Bills of Quantities (BoQ) to serve as the financial basis for project implementation. Through these responsibilities, I contributed to ensuring that the construction of tertiary irrigation infrastructure was carried out effectively, transparently, and to a high standard, ultimately supporting improved and sustainable community-level water resource utilisation.

PT Hutama Karya (Persero) • Magang
During my internship at PT Hutama Karya (Persero), I was directly involved in both the planning and execution phases of the Proving Ground Project in Bekasi—recognized as the largest international-scale vehicle testing infrastructure project in Southeast Asia. My primary contribution involved the redesign of foundation systems for five out of thirteen buildings, using engineering software such as AutoCAD, ETABS, and Plaxis. These buildings were distributed across six strategic operational zones to maximize test track efficiency. In addition, I played an integral role in infrastructure mapping, road map stationing development, and the processing and adjustment of test track coordinate points using AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel. I also contributed to the geometric design of test tracks, performance evaluation of Mini Pile foundations, on-site construction monitoring, and technical documentation of field activities. Furthermore, I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, drafters, and field workers, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project workflow. These comprehensive experiences not only enhanced my technical proficiency but also strengthened my ability to collaborate professionally within dynamic and complex project environments. This involvement also shaped my character to be highly collaborative, disciplined, and adaptive to the implementation of appropriate and practical technologies.

As a staff member in the Water Resources Division (SDA) under the Design and Planning Department, I was responsible for expanding and sharing technical knowledge with fellow members. My role focused on preparing and delivering materials essential to hydrological and hydraulic engineering.
I facilitated learning sessions on various core topics, including matriculation guidelines, PowerPoint development, and TMTP SDA documentation. I presented modules on the introduction to hydraulic structures, regional rainfall analysis, competition Terms of Reference (ToR), frequency analysis, and rainfall distribution. Additionally, I covered effective rainfall and baseflow, PMP (Probable Maximum Precipitation), unit hydrograph concepts, and spillway discharge calculations.
This experience significantly enhanced my communication, instructional, and technical synthesis skills. It also deepened my understanding of real-world water resource applications, allowing me to contribute meaningfully to knowledge development within the division. By combining theory with practical tools, I helped foster a collaborative and technically informed environment among members.
