Additionally, I contributed to the development of SPRINT Corner CRM by streamlining complaint handling workflows and supporting monitoring dashboards to enhance response efficiency. To ensure system reliability and compliance, I participated in user acceptance testing (UAT) and data profiling, identifying functional gaps and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

As Product Owner, I led the development of an infectious disease monitoring platform in collaboration with BRIN, defining the product vision and roadmap while translating stakeholder needs into clear and prioritized requirements. Throughout the process, I oversaw the end-to-end development of core features for monitoring and visualizing infectious disease data across Indonesia, ensuring that the platform was both functional and impactful. As part of the fellowship, I contributed to the Safe Home social project, where I supported survivors of gender-based violence by coordinating with stakeholders, co-designing platform features, facilitating prototype workshops, and documenting lessons learned and prototype variables to inform future development.
