Successfully designed and realized three Work Programs namely Appreciation, Motivation, and Cabinet Achievement with 100% success in accordance with what was planned, awarded 156+ members of the Darah Juang Cabinet, and periodically recognized individuals for their contributions, and led an inter departmental collaboration initiative to evaluate the performance of young staff for their dedication to the department or cabinet.

Being the host of HMAN Gathering 1,2 Work Program, AN Ambassador, Open Recruitment for Regeneration Chair Candidates which was attended by 600+ participants, served as chairperson for the Leadership School Work Program which was successfully realized and attended by 35+ participants, and served in the events division of the HMAN Gathering 1,3 and Team Building work programs, including planning, coordinating, and supervising the course of events to ensure the success of the activities.
