I am Farah Adiba, a Diploma graduate in Administrative Management from Universitas Sebelas Maret with hands-on experience in banking, licensing services, and land administration. My academic achievements (GPA 3.92) are supported by strong organizational involvement and a consistent passion for administrative excellence.<br /> <br /> Throughout my internships at Bank Mandiri, BPN, DPMPTSP, and UNS, I handled legal documentation, data validation, licensing processes, financial administration, and digital archiving. I have also led the Human Resource Development division in HIMAMA, managing national scale programs that strengthened my skills in leadership, project management, and communication.<br /> <br /> I am open to opportunities in administrative support, public service, operations, financial administration, or any role that allows me to contribute through accuracy, responsibility, and a service oriented mindset.
