Fakhry Hanif Abyan
Fakhry Hanif Abyan, a 20-year-old third-year student at BINUS University, is currently majoring in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Service Engineering System. He is passionate about stepping out of his comfort zone to broaden his experience, deepen his knowledge, and expand his professional network. Fakhry is known for his strong leadership, project management, and communication skills, which complement his thorough, hard-working, and optimistic nature that he gained from a few experiences such as an Operating Officer. He continuously seeks opportunities to enhance these abilities and is eager to take on new challenges that will further prepare him for a successful career in his field.

During my role, I was responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company’s Quality Management System in alignment with ISO 9001 as well as other ISO series standards, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. I also prepared, reviewed, and controlled various organizational documents such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instructions (WI), and quality policies to ensure consistency and compliance across departments. In addition, I conducted periodic internal audits and carried out follow-up actions related to external audit findings to support continuous improvement and uphold the company’s quality and operational standards.

During my role in the Strategic Planning & Evaluation division, I was responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing both financial and operational performance data to assess branch and corporate KPI achievements. I also conducted market and competitor analysis to generate valuable insights that supported strategic decision-making. In addition, I prepared periodic performance evaluation reports for management and provided recommendations that contributed to the formulation of strategic initiatives.
