Fadila Rahma Atasya
Bachelor of Psychology with a strong interest in Human Resources and Human Capital Management. I bring a solid foundation in psychological principles, complemented by hands-on experience promoting mental health awareness as a volunteer at Sahabat lin Rumah Teduh and as a brand ambassador for Indonesian Psychology Literacy. With over four years of experience in the hospitality industry, including roles at Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung and IBIS Trans Studio Bandung, and three years as a barista at various cafés, including Cafe Kresna (Polda Jabar), I have developed strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. These experiences have honed my ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments. Passionate about mental health, employee engagement, and organizational development, I am eager to apply my skills in Human Resources to contribute positively while continuing to grow in the field of Human Capital Management.
