During my internship at PT. PLN Nusantara Power UP Paiton, I demonstrated strong professionalism and a deep commitment to workplace safety and security. I conducted over 10 monthly inspections of fire protection equipment, compiled and organized more than 100 safety findings from outsourced workers, and managed over 50 data entries in the Contractor Safety Management System. My contributions included developing a Zero Accident proposal for award submission, delivering safety inductions, and overseeing work permit and ID issuance for new employees and interns. I also played a key role in SMK3 internal audit preparations, conducted job safety observations and live internal audits in high-risk areas, and implemented a structured daily safety patrol schedule. Additionally, I designed disaster mitigation posters and developed a Health Declaration Form and Security Integrity Pact to enhance safety protocols and ensure operational readiness. With a proactive approach, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently, I became a valuable asset to the Health, Safety, and Security Department.
