-Pengambilan dan pengujian sampel bahan baku tebu, nira, serta produk antara untuk memastikan kualitas sesuai standar.
-Analisis laboratorium menggunakan metode kimia dasar seperti uji kadar sukrosa, kadar air, pH, Brix, pol, dan kemurnian nira.
-Monitoring proses produksi dengan memastikan parameter kualitas tetap konsisten selama pengolahan.
-Pencatatan dan pelaporan hasil uji sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan oleh tim produksi.
