Kompetisi ini mengusung tema “Innovation for SDGs: Toward Better Environmental Sustainability” dan menantang peserta untuk menciptakan ide startup yang inovatif, berkelanjutan, serta layak dari sisi bisnis.
Bersama tim, saya mengembangkan ide startup yang berfokus pada pemberdayaan lingkungan sekaligus penguatan kompetensi generasi muda. Peran saya meliputi penyusunan strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia, mencakup rancangan sistem pelatihan dan pengembangan keterampilan (upskilling) bagi target pengguna kami.
