Rincian Lowongan

Job Purpose:

Tax Intern PT Berdikari will assist the Tax team in preparing, reviewing, and filing tax documents in compliance with Indonesian tax regulations. This role supports day-to-day tax administration, documentation, and reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate tax submissions while minimizing tax risks for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tax Data Preparation & Documentation

  • Collect and organize tax-related documents such as invoices, receipts, and supporting schedules.

  • Prepare tax working papers for monthly and annual tax reporting.

  • Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

2. Monthly & Annual Tax Reporting Support

  • Assist in preparing and submitting e-Faktur (VAT) and e-SPT (tax returns) in accordance with Indonesian tax laws.

  • Support the preparation of PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), and VAT reports.

  • Help ensure timely submission of all tax obligations to the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP).

3. Tax Reconciliation & Analysis

  • Assist in reconciling tax data with accounting records to ensure accuracy.

  • Identify discrepancies and report them to the tax team for corrective actions.

4. Withholding Tax & VAT Processing

  • Support in calculating and withholding taxes on vendor payments and employee income.

  • Assist in inputting tax invoices into the e-Faktur system and validating data accuracy.

5. Tax Compliance & Regulation Monitoring

  • Keep track of updates and changes in Indonesian tax regulations and report relevant updates to the team.

  • Assist in ensuring the company remains compliant with tax laws and internal policies.

6. Audit Support

  • Prepare and provide necessary documents for tax audits or internal reviews.

  • Assist in answering basic queries from tax authorities under supervision.

7. Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare daily and weekly tax reports summarizing work progress and pending obligations.

  • Maintain organized tax files and digital archives for easy retrieval.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

  • Basic understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (VAT, PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2)).

  • Familiarity with e-SPT and e-Faktur applications is a plus.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data management.

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with integrity.
