TELINTERNSHIP is a certified, project-based internship program designed to provide hands-on professional experience through real business projects initiated by Telin’s working units. The program runs for a period of 6 months and is open to final-year university students and fresh graduates (maximum of one year after graduation) whose qualifications match the requirements of each project.

Interns will receive a monthly internship fee and, upon successful completion of the project, will be awarded an Official Certificate of Completion signed by the Chief Finance & Risk Management Officer (CFRMO), along with a Magenta BUMN Certificate as part of the national certified internship program. Throughout the program, interns will be guided by assigned mentors from the respective business units and evaluated through clear and measurable monthly KPIs to ensure structured learning and performance progress.

The working arrangement is conducted on a full Work From Office (WFO) basis for 5 days a week at Telin Jakarta, either at the Telkom Landmark Tower (TLT) office in Gatot Subroto or the Telin Operation & Command Center (TOCC) in Kalibata, depending on the operational needs of the placement unit.

Job Description:
•    Assist in conducting business requirements analysis from various units
•    Help collect and process gathered data
•    Coordinate with related units and the BI team
•    Support UI/UX improvements for corporate and financial dashboards
•    Assist in testing and continuous improvements based on user feedback

Intern Qualifications:
•    Final year student or fresh graduate from with a minimum GPA of 3.00
•    Has relevant experience in developing or improving UI/UX
•    Familiarity with tools such as Power BI
