Requirements

• Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) in any field.

• Language: Fluency in English (Mandatory; frequent interaction with international clients).

• Competency: Proficient in spreadsheet management (Google Sheets/Excel) and digital scheduling.

• Attributes: High professional grooming standards, excellent communication, and integrity in financial handling.

• Experience: Prior experience in an aesthetic clinic or hospitality front office is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage patient bookings, inquiries, and the aesthetic department’s treatment calendar.

• Handle administrative billing and maintain transparent transaction records.

• Coordinate between patients and practitioners to ensure a seamless service flow.
